Impersonation warning
Scammers copy our photos and write to people from fake or hacked accounts, sometimes introducing themselves as a “manager” of Hairlenza (a common fake name used is “Alex”). We have no managers who write from personal or third-party accounts. All communication comes only from the channels listed above.
- We never ask you to pay to a personal card or a “manager's” account
- We never contact you first from a new or different profile
- We never rush you to pay “right now or the hair is gone”
How to verify it's us
- The profile is exactly @hairlenza or @ukr_hair — check the spelling letter by letter, fakes use lookalike names
- The link came from this website (hairlenza.com), not from a story repost or DM
- Before paying, the PayPal recipient name matches the name our support gave you
