You see your hair before it ships. Every Hairlenza ponytail comes from a single donor, and there is only one of it. We pick hair for your request and send you a photo report in natural daylight (and video for ponytails at our warehouse), showing the exact piece you will receive. We ship only after you confirm it.

Returns. Hair is a hygiene-sensitive product, and every piece is chosen and approved by you before it is sent. For these reasons we do not accept returns.

Exchanges. If something is not right with your order, message us. Exchanges are discussed individually. → Contact us

How we make sure it’s the right hair

1. Tell us what you need: length, weight, texture and shade.
2. We send matching ponytails with photos in daylight (and video for ponytails at our warehouse).
3. You confirm the exact piece, and only then we ship it, with tracking.
