Hairlenza ("we", "us") sells one-of-a-kind natural hair ponytails at hairlenza.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. Questions: mail@hairlenza.com.
What we collect
When you send a request (price request, order request, "notify me", or a general question): the contact you choose to share — Instagram username, WhatsApp number, Telegram or email — your optional message, the ponytail you asked about, and technical data (IP address, browser, the page you came from) that we use to answer you and to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
When we send you an invoice (a personal hairlenza.com/pay/… page): your name, email, phone if you give it, and the shipping address you type there — we need them to email the invoice and ship the parcel.

How we use it
To answer your request, agree the order with you, send the invoice, ship the parcel and keep our business records. We may follow up about the specific ponytail you asked about (for example, if a reservation is released). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing newsletters.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica to see how the site is used. Clarity and Yandex Metrica (Webvisor) also make session recordings: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling on the pages you visit. What you type into our forms is masked in those recordings, and pages that contain your invoice and address (hairlenza.com/pay/… and hairlenza.com/pick/…) carry no analytics at all.
Who else sees your data
We use a few services to run the shop, so your data passes through them: Telegram (our team gets new requests and invoice notifications as Telegram messages), Brevo (sends our emails), PayPal (payments — PayPal collects your payment data under its own policy), Cloudflare (protects and speeds up the site, sees the technical data of every request), the analytics services named above, and our hosting provider (stores the site and the order database). We don't share your data with anyone else for their own marketing.
Where it's stored and for how long
Requests and orders are stored in our order-management system, accessible only to the Hairlenza team, for as long as we need them for your order and our business records. The services listed above keep their own copies under their own retention rules.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your contact details or your order data at any time — message us at mail@hairlenza.com or on WhatsApp, and we'll remove what we're not required to keep. You can also block cookies in your browser: the catalog works without them.
Cookies
We set a small cookie to remember the site language you choose (kept for a year), and a short-lived one (6 hours) so that opening the same ponytail again isn't counted as a new view. The list of ponytails you recently viewed, and a couple of technical notes (for example, whether the photo-swipe hint has already been shown), are stored only in your browser. The analytics services above set their own cookies. Some parts of the site, such as fonts and embedded videos, are loaded from other providers' servers, so those providers can see your IP address and may set their own cookies; our hosting and security providers may also set technical cookies needed to keep the site running safely. No advertising cookies are set by us.
Your browser also keeps a note of which link brought you to our site (for example, a Pinterest pin, one of our social profiles or a search engine); we use it for 30 days, after which it is removed the next time you open our site. If you send us a request, or tap WhatsApp on a ponytail or selection page, that note is sent with it, so we know which posts help people find us. It stays in your browser's storage (not a cookie) and is not used for advertising.
Children
The site is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
